The Strategic Thesis

NYALTX seeks to evolve from a Web3 project-awareness and discovery platform into an integrated capital-markets technology ecosystem. The proposed architecture combines NYALTX’s existing DeFi visibility and embedded-swap experience; Governa’s planned securities tokenization, governance and administration capabilities; and a future permissioned venue for compliant secondary trading of eligible tokenized securities. The September 17, 2026 SEC Innovation Exemption creates a defined, conditional avenue to evaluate on-chain trading of tokenized NMS stocks through qualifying Tokenized Securities Venues (TSVs).
